My name is Nassim Baci and I provide FREE PROFESSIONAL COMPUTER REPAIR SERVICES in Newark DE, Wilmington DE, and surrounding areas.
I have a significant experience with computer repairs, going back to 1993. For two decades I have been performing all kind of diagnostic and repairs on computers and laptops, for both hardware and software issues. Over time I have built a large database of computer troubleshooting solutions, ranging from system ancestors Ms DOS (your old black screen) all the way to Microsoft Windows 7.
You're wondering why a FREE service
Computers are my passion and what I do best. It didn't make logical sense to me that major companies (without naming them) charge people ridiculous amounts of money for easy and sometimes unnecessary repairs, or turn down customers whose warranties did not seem to cover the very problem their computers are having.

What about warranty?
I do not offer warranty protection. If your computer is still covered under the manufacturer warranty, then I recommend taking advantage of that warranty and have your computer serviced by the manufacturer. Chances are you're not covered anymore, or that your warranty does not cover your current problem. Now you're stuck with a malfunctioning computer and you do not feel prepared to spend hundreds of dollars to repair an old computer. Do not worry; I am here to help you get your machine up and running again .
